Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds and return policy at Valhalla Beard Care, we’re committed to providing you with the finest beard care products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refunds and returns policy:
1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please contact them for their return policies.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at lee@feedyourbeard.ca to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the product.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. For hygiene reasons, this policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
